Send a real brief 5 min

Take a document you received today (memo, report, long email). Drop it into the conversation and paste this brief: role + context + task + format.

Act as my chief of staff. This document is for my executive committee. Summarize the decisions to take in 5 bullets, then list 3 risks with their estimated impact. 200 words maximum. If a figure is missing, write [to confirm].

Connect a tool 3 min

Settings → Connectors → Google Calendar (or Outlook) → Connect → Authorize. Then ask:

Look at my calendar for tomorrow and prepare a 3-line brief per meeting: who I am seeing, what is at stake, the point to move forward.

Delegate a deliverable 4 min

In the Desktop app (Home space), open a folder containing an Excel file, then:

Take [file].xlsx, create a summary tab with the 3 key figures and their change versus the previous period, then a 3-slide PowerPoint for my committee.
